The Advantages of a Newspaper Delivery

  • A newspaper gives you a break from technology and the constant inundation of unsolicited information, that comes with it.
  • The newspaper will be with you in the morning, so you can read it to start your day.
  • Printed newspapers are a much simpler way to take in information, compared to websites, where information is more scattered and overwhelming.
  • Newspaper delivery is great value for money.

History of Garners News

Horice Garner opened Garners News as a newsagent on Eastbourne's South Street, in 1926. The business at that point only really delivered to a small amount of people in the local area. As World War II started, Horice's son, Jack took the reigns of the shop and grew the delivery service, before handing it over to his son, Michael in 1981. Michael then passed Garners News over to his son, William in 2007, who has modernised it into a Newspaper Delivery Company.
