What Time Will the Newspapers to Be Delivered?

We begin our newspaper deliveries at around 3.00 a.m. and finish by 8.00 a.m. on weekdays and 9.00 a.m. on weekends.

How Can I Contact You?

Our office hours are:

Monday to Friday: 7am to 2pm

Saturday and Sunday: 7am to 11am

We are normally busiest between 8am and 10am. You can get in touch by sending us an email or use our contact page. You can also manage your account online.

How Do I Get Newspapers Delivered by You?

Simply complete our newspaper delivery sign up form and we’ll aim to begin your delivery within 24 hours.

How Do I Pay for My Delivery?

All new customers are eligible for a FREE 4-week delivery trial.

After the free trial, we prefer that deliveries are paid for by direct debit, simply contact our office to arrange this. We do offer payment options: BACS or pay over the phone with debit or credit card. If you wish to pay by cheque, please note that there is now a processing fee of £1, which will be applied to your account. This only applies to cheques and there will be no other processing fee for the other payment methods.

What Do I Need to Do If I Need to Pause or Stop My Newspaper Delivery?

If you are going on holiday or need a break in your newspaper delivery, simply complete our holiday form with 48 hours’ notice.

If you need to cancel your delivery, it can be requested by calling our office 01323 465511, emailing office@garnersnews.co.uk or writing to us at Garners News Ltd, Unit 6F Southbourne Business Park, Courtlands Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN22 8UY.

Why is My Newspaper Delivery Occasionally Delayed?

The newspaper chains begin with the publisher and move through a number of links before they reach the final delivery location. Generally, you will receive your newspaper on time but if there’s an issue anywhere in the delivery line, it can delay the whole process.

Is it Possible to Have Magazines Delivered?

Yes, we deliver over 3000 different magazine titles, which means that you can have your favourite magazine regularly delivered to your door.

Where Do You Deliver To?

Do You Offer a Commercial Service?
